Room 5 and their Year 8 Buddies didn't let the pouring rain dampen their spirits on Friday. Inside Room 5 it was a hive of activity, with tutorials being given all around on Looming ( little rubber bands)
Older children teaching younger children and younger children teaching older children!
It was fantastic fun.
Thank you Mrs Kitto, for these great photos :)
When I walked into Room 5 today I was so impressed with the buddy activity. What super team work! You are so lucky to have such wonderful buddies. It looked like so much fun, that I was keen to stay and join in. Thank you for making one for me too. Were the bracelets tricky to make? I wonder who found it easy?

Buddy time is such a great experience for the children and has really helped Ellah to settle in to school. Thanks Abby for teaching Ellah to make loom bracelets, she is so excited we bought her a starter kit yesterday and she has been making them all weekend.
