Dancing Disco Animals...

Thank you to the Year Eight students who put on another super disco for us last Friday. We danced the night away dressed as Animals!!

Craig Smith and his Wonkey Donkey Show comes to Clyde

Craig Smith author of the Wonkey Donkey and many other great songs/picture books came to Clyde. He entertained us all for the afternoon along with his furry friends

Honey Bee Hive

Saul's Grandparents came to school the other day with a living bee hive to share with us all. We had lots of questions and found out lots of new information about bees! "Boy bees are super lazy and the girl bees have to feed them", said Andrew " The worker bees get to choose who the next queen be will be", said Zavier. "The bee keepers pump smoke into the hive to make the bees sleepy", said Aria Olivia said,"We got to taste the yummy honey!" Thank you for coming to see us with your beehive Pete and Nana Clare

Halloween Fright!!!

On Friday the Room 5 and 6 children came to school dressed to scare! We went around the other classrooms scaring our older friends and made the teachers tremble with fright! During the reading cycle we made 'Mini Me' cutouts. We had a Halloween shared lunch together, made spider pets and played balloon games in the afternoon. We had a fun filled day, what do you think?
